gless st. mini farm

Sarah Leone, our Farm-to-Table coordinator, brought Destiny to our Gless St. Mini Farm today. Destiny learned how to differentiate weeds from crops and how to pull them up by the roots. She also learned how to harvest cilantro and grapefruit. Our broccoli and kale weren't quite ready to be picked yet. This mini farm is part of Dolores Mission Parish in Boyle Heights.
